Yes, we host birthday parties, school, or team-building events. No experience needed. We can accommodate children (5 years old and up), adults, and seniors on the weekends for up to eight participants in our studio. I can also come to see you, or meet your party at a park with our equipment (up to 20 participants). Please call me and we can discuss the details.
If you'd like to come to our workshop on a different day/time, just call and we can try our best to accommodate your schedule.
We love the challenge. Please give me a call and tell me your idea at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. We can work something out together. We have the equipment and know-how, hopefully, we can achieve what you have in mind.
Yes, we offer one-on-one wheel throwing sessions. In this hands-on 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn the basics of wheel throwing and create your own ceramic piece on the pottery wheel. Our instructor will guide you through centering the clay, shaping your form, and refining your design. No experience is necessary—just come ready to get a little messy and have fun! All materials are provided, and your finished piece will be trimmed, fired, and glazed for pickup or shipping. ($150) Please contact us for an appointment.
Nice Pottery specializes in handcrafted ceramics for everyday use. All our ceramics pieces are non-toxic, food safe, and you can put them in the microwave and dishwasher. As long as you don't drop it, you can enjoy your piece for a very long time.
